What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise software systems and applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs using UML.
• Develop data, business logic, and user interface layers.
• Lead software development teams, define engineering standards, and provide technical guidance.
• Optimize software for performance, security, maintainability, and quality.
• Manage documentation, metrics, configuration, releases, deployments, testing, validation, and second- and third-line support.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Software Developer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in an ICT-related field.
• Advanced software development technology certification or an internationally recognized equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Expert experience developing enterprise software through the complete software development lifecycle, including UML, Scrum, technical documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with Schengen Information System solutions and biometric or identity document processing, including NIST fingerprint formats, MRZ scanning, or RFID-enabled biometric documents.
