Senior PHP Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Minsk, Belarus

What you will do

• Design and implement software functionality based on user needs.
• Make technical decisions and contribute to the architecture of new and existing systems.
• Collaborate directly with English-speaking clients to clarify requirements and discuss technical solutions.
• Review code and software design.
• Cover new and existing functionality with automated tests.
• Write technical documentation and optimize existing code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP.
• Strong hands-on experience with Symfony and Laravel.
• Hands-on experience with Codeception or similar tools for automated testing.
• English level B1 or higher and confidence communicating with English-speaking customers.
• Readiness to work with frontend, .NET, and/or Java technologies.
