What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability, talent, learning, and organisational development needs.
• Design and deliver talent, learning, leadership, succession, and development initiatives.
• Coach leaders and colleagues and facilitate workshops, programmes, and leadership discussions.
• Bring external insight, innovation, and best practices into talent and development activities.
• Use data and feedback to improve programme impact and align people initiatives with business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

• Experienced professional in talent, learning and development, or organisational development.
• Experience designing and delivering impactful development solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
• Experience using AI and digital tools to enhance learning and productivity.

Hiring process
