HR Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Reintegrate the site into hirify.global’s global HR framework, aligning policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Lead initiatives to improve the employee experience and support talent development.
• Build relationships with Unite and Usdaw and manage union negotiations.
• Transition HR services to global service centers and support the migration from legacy systems to Workday.
• Drive multiskilling programs, workforce-cost efficiencies, engagement, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven HR leadership experience in unionized manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical data-insight capabilities.
• Ability to lead in a complex global matrix structure and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS migrations, particularly from ADP to Workday.
• Directive yet empathetic leadership style with professional gravitas.
• Experience challenging the status quo and influencing organizational change.
