TL;DR
Solution Architect (Data & AI): Designing modern cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions while advising clients and supporting presales with an accent on lakehouse architecture, data governance, security, and scalable processing. Focus on leading discovery workshops, translating business requirements into enterprise-scale architectures, and solving complex technical challenges across Databricks and major cloud platforms.
Location: Remote or office-based; an “Office as an option” model allows choosing between remote work and working from the office.

What you will do
- Design end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client objectives and technology strategies.
- Lead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Architect cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, lakehouses, data meshes, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Define blueprints for data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and resolve complex architecture and implementation challenges.
- Support presales through solution scoping, effort estimation, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related consulting roles.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platform solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with at least two Data & Analytics platforms, including Databricks, plus Databricks Professional Certification.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration, modeling, governance, lakehouse architectures, and scalable data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, dbt or similar ELT tools, and at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong client-facing, consulting, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
