What you will do

• Coordinate inputs, dependencies, and system readiness for financial planning cycles.
• Validate and reconcile financial inputs and outputs, resolve discrepancies, and escalate risks.
• Prepare and maintain controlled, documented reporting and KPI outputs.
• Own and improve recurring Central Finance processes, including allocations, recharges, and adjustments.
• Support finance systems testing, issue resolution, and practical process improvements.
• Collaborate with Central Finance, Financial Systems, Finance Business Partners, and wider stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of FP&A, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial controls, and month-close dependencies.
• Experience with finance systems, planning tools, or reporting platforms, including output validation and data reconciliation.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and explain key drivers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy, documentation, controls, and timely delivery.
• Clear communication and effective stakeholder collaboration across Finance and Systems.

Nice to have

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, progress toward qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion or other Enterprise Performance Management systems.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, reporting automation, or process improvement tools.
