Finance Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Onsite at the Woodlands manufacturing site in Singapore

What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly financial outlooks and actual performance results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, corporate submissions, and cost tracking.
• Prepare recurring finance reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Prepare, validate, cleanse, and analyze data to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Support fixed asset verification and tagging, inventory counts, data reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting concepts.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Available for a full-time internship from January through June and able to work onsite in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP and accounting platforms.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of KNIME and Alteryx.
