Salary: $114,933 – $237,640 per year

What you will do
- Support design engineering and analysis for transmission scopes, including HVDC and 765kV projects.
- Perform complex research, prepare engineering calculations, and develop recommendations for materials and equipment.
- Lead smaller production teams and serve as the responsible charge for project deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Identify key client interests and drivers to develop effective technical approaches.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for engineering team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
- Strong proficiency and experience with PLS-CADD.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with the design of utility-scale electrical transmission systems.
- Structural design expertise in transmission steel structures and their foundations.
- Experience using 3D analysis and design software for structural steel and concrete.
