Salary: $114,933 – $237,640 per year

What you will do

• Support design engineering and analysis for transmission scopes, including HVDC and 765kV projects.
• Perform complex research, prepare engineering calculations, and develop recommendations for materials and equipment.
• Lead smaller production teams and serve as the responsible charge for project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Identify key client interests and drivers to develop effective technical approaches.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for engineering team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Strong proficiency and experience with PLS-CADD.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with the design of utility-scale electrical transmission systems.
• Structural design expertise in transmission steel structures and their foundations.
• Experience using 3D analysis and design software for structural steel and concrete.
