Senior SoC Architect - MCU

What you will do

• Define architectures for complex MCU SoCs in collaboration with marketing and system architecture teams.
• Develop and maintain the SoC architecture specification.
• Align requirements across software, security, analog, digital, RTL, and design verification architecture teams.
• Coordinate with SoC development teams to ensure implementation follows the architecture specification.
• Collaborate with documentation specialists to provide complete and timely technical information.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in SoC architecture for complex SoCs.
• Knowledge of RTL and design verification, including video, audio, AHB, and AXI protocols.
• Strong familiarity with ARM architecture and expertise in Cortex-M platforms.
• Experience with hardware-software partitioning and dividing system responsibilities between hardware and software.
• Understanding of ultra-low-power design techniques and security mechanisms.
• BSc in Electrical Engineering; an MSc is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Python programming.
