What you will do

• Build and manage a team of SoC, co-processor, accelerator, and sub-system engineers.
• Develop methodologies and infrastructure for cutting-edge semiconductor processes, I/Os, and networking bandwidth.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and post-silicon design teams for plan execution.
• Provide technical mentoring and drive improvements in automation and design techniques.
• Own project schedules and report key progress metrics.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or Computer Science (CS).
• 7+ years of RTL experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing a design team.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and mentor engineering talent.
• Experience in all design phases from concept through productization.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
