Director of Product Management (AEC)

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for the Forma Design Apps portfolio: Site Design, Building Design, Street Design, Land Development, and future Design Automations.
• Manage and coach 4–5 Product Managers and the product–design–engineering triads they lead.
• Shape squad boundaries, ownership, goals, and team structure.
• Align strategy, dependencies, and technical direction with Engineering, Design, Growth, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Revit, Civil 3D, and the wider hirify.global AEC organization.
• Drive outcomes including monthly active users, retention, revenue, and platform adoption.
• Co-own decisions involving CAD paradigms, AI approaches, data models, and interoperability with engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading product organizations at scale, including managing Product Managers and coaching cross-functional product–design–engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience shaping team structures, squad ownership, and goals.
• AEC or built-environment experience, or relevant background in GIS, infrastructure, simulation, civil or structural software, or urban analytics.
• Strong platform and multi-application product thinking, including shared data foundations and cross-application workflows.
• Ability to operate across products at different maturity stages and align organizations with competing incentives.
• Product judgment concerning generative and analytical AI, CAD paradigms, data models, and interoperability.
