What you will do

• Translate long-term vision into concrete objectives and resourcing plans for technical PM teams.
• Coach and lead three technical PM teams and a UX design/research team.
• Determine strategic build-vs-partner decisions for core capabilities and the physics-AI ecosystem.
• Manage the integration between geometry, simulation, and UX to ensure a cohesive product.
• Engage with customers and industry experts to validate and pressure-test product direction.
• Represent the Product Platform on the leadership team to help set company strategy.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in product management with direct experience coaching or managing other PMs.
• Track record of operationalizing multi-year visions into executable systems and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related field (or equivalent deep hands-on experience with CFD, CAD/PLM).
• Experience leading a product organization spanning multiple teams, including UX functions.
• Ability to use data and structured frameworks to guide investment decisions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, maritime, propulsion, industrial energy, or motorsports.
• Exposure to usage-based or concurrent licensing models.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant engineering discipline or an MBA.
