Director of Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a team of 4–5 Product Managers and drive execution across multiple product lines.
• Translate customer insights into product opportunities and conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Track product adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, and commercial success.
• Partner with Engineering, Core Network, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership on product delivery and launches.
• Define the AI product strategy and improve Product Management efficiency through AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years leading Product Managers.
• Experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, telecommunications, connectivity, IoT, or mobile technologies.
• Experience with AI tools and building AI-based products.
• Strong technical understanding, strategic and analytical thinking, roadmap management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in IoT connectivity, eSIM, MVNO, enterprise mobility, or telecommunications.
• Experience working with global B2B customers.
• Experience building AI-enabled products, product analytics, and experimentation.
