Requirements

• Must have right to work in the UK
• Significant leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Management.
• Proven track record of scaling product-oriented teams and functions.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and management principles.
• Ability to create clarity and direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
