Location: Remote within the U.S.; must live within the assigned territory geography or within 25 miles of its boundaries. Territory includes Upstate New York, NYC Metro, Long Island, Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Approximately 30% travel with overnight travel required.
Salary: $139,100–$231,900 annual base salary, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Manage the patient journey from enrollment through therapy initiation and continuation for consented patients.
- Assess coverage, affordability, and logistical barriers and coordinate care among patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and sites of care.
- Provide field-based expertise on reimbursement, coverage pathways, payer policies, prior authorization, step edits, and coding requirements.
- Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, hub services, enrollment, and financial assistance programs.
- Develop account-level access strategies, identify systemic barriers, and optimize workflows to reduce treatment delays.
- Engage payers and collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Patient Solutions, and internal stakeholders on access strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related customer-facing experience, or 9+ years with a master’s degree, BSN, or RPh.
- At least 1 year of experience in access and reimbursement support and 3–5 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong knowledge of reimbursement, government payment systems, provider and carrier networks, copay assistance programs, and specialty policy dynamics.
- Experience in endocrinology or immunoglobulin is preferred; reimbursement and access experience is required.
- Demonstrated communication, presentation, strategic planning, leadership, collaboration, and compliance skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license, compliant driving record, permanent U.S. work authorization, and ability to travel are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in endocrinology or immunoglobulin markets.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical sectors, provider or carrier networks, or government agencies.
