Physician, Endocrinologist (32 to 36 hrs/wk) - Massachusetts (MA)

Location: Remote telemedicine clinical setting within the United States. Multi-state practice capability is required, with an active unrestricted US medical license and an IMLC Letter of Qualification or eligibility to rapidly secure one. Licensure in Virginia, New York, or Massachusetts is preferred.

Salary: $168,000–$207,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Provide direct telemedicine care for obesity and comprehensive diabetes management, including insulin titration, CGMs, and insulin pumps.
• Manage complex endocrinology cases involving CKD, ESRD, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Review APP patient charts and conduct initial and follow-up visits to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Prescribe non-controlled obesity and diabetes medications and support advanced treatment planning.
• Mentor and supervise endocrine-specialized APPs through scheduled case reviews and asynchronous collaboration.
• Maintain clinical protocols, participate in quality improvement, and support departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• ABIM board certification in Endocrinology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in a US state and multi-state practice capability are required.
• IMLC Letter of Qualification or eligibility to rapidly obtain one is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as an attending endocrinologist.
• Advanced diabetes management expertise, including CGMs, insulin pumps, and complex insulin regimens.
• Experience managing CKD, ESRD, CAD/CV conditions, and collaborating with APPs or clinical trainees.

Nice to have

• ABOM certification or at least 3 years of obesity medicine and pharmacotherapy experience.
• Medical fluency in Spanish.
