Senior Director, Regional Lead (West Region)

Location: Full-time remote within a 100-mile radius of Portland, Oregon. No relocation benefits are available.

Salary: $179,860–$334,000 per year, with a discretionary annual bonus potentially available.

What you will do

• Own regional delivery, performance, service quality, throughput, and scalable execution of patient support and navigation services across the portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large distributed team of Team Leads and Patient Navigators, including managers.
• Oversee regional implementation of product launches, patient support programs, and technology enhancements.
• Partner with Customer Engagement teams and healthcare ecosystem stakeholders to address patient and provider access and reimbursement barriers.
• Use regional market, payer, and provider insights to shape patient support interventions and enterprise strategy.
• Drive change leadership, psychological safety, resilience, accountability, and sustainable team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, public policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12–15 years of experience in healthcare, patient services, reimbursement, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related healthcare organizations.
• At least 5 years of direct people leadership experience, including leading large distributed teams and managing managers.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement processes, and patient access challenges in the assigned region.
• Demonstrated capabilities in change leadership, cross-functional influencing, coaching, and using data and technology to improve patient outcomes.
• Must be based within a 100-mile radius of Portland, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading large-scale contact center operations, patient navigation hubs, or field-based patient support teams in specialty therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with regional payer policies, specialty pharmacy workflows, and account-based customer engagement models.
