What you will do

• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data for program operations.
• Track TFM stipend and quarterly incentive requisitions and payment packets.
• Update SharePoint with financial data and maintain accurate operational records.
• Manage the Operational LEA inbox and support requisition workflows.
• Develop payment status reports and dashboards to improve visibility into obligations, payment readiness, and agency operational status.
• Support budget planning and financial tracking for the federal program.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required because the role supports a federal client.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Washington, DC.
• Experience with financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience tracking payment packets, requisitions, budgets, or related financial operations.
• Experience developing dashboards or operational reporting.
• Ability to work with SharePoint and manage structured financial information.
