Senior Manager, Operations Analytics

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $149,000–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the operational performance management system across sales, labor, waste, guest experience, productivity, and profitability.
• Define performance frameworks, business review routines, leadership reporting, dashboards, scorecards, models, and self-service tools.
• Analyze operational and financial data, diagnose root causes, and provide recommendations that improve execution and business results.
• Lead forecasts, business cases, scenario analyses, ad-hoc analyses, and deep dives with Operations, Finance, Product, Culinary, Technology, and Data Foundations.
• Create measurement plans for pilots, rollouts, and operational initiatives, evaluating impact and supporting scaling decisions.
• Improve adoption, usability, automation, and real-time capabilities of Field Operations reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, logistics, or other multi-unit operating environments.
• Knowledge of restaurant P&Ls, labor management, unit economics, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with pilots, operational testing, continuous improvement, AI-enabled analytics, automation, or predictive modeling.
• Experience in a high-growth, technology-enabled, or private equity-backed environment.
