Data Quality Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Design and maintain validation rules, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls across systems of record.
• Investigate data integrity issues, trace discrepancies to root causes, and coordinate fixes with engineering and BI teams.
• Build data profiling, cleaning, structuring, and validation pipelines using Python/R and SQL.
• Apply descriptive and inferential statistics to detect anomalies and quantify data quality issues.
• Evaluate machine learning and scoring model outputs against real-world outcomes, including drift and consistency.
• Define data quality metrics and communicate findings to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with Python/R and SQL for data profiling, cleaning, and validation.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, hypothesis framing, and uncertainty interpretation.
• Experience designing validation rules, reconciliation processes, or quality controls across multiple systems.
• Strong root-cause investigation skills and a systems-oriented understanding of data flows.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and model output evaluation.
• Visualization and communication skills using Matplotlib, ggplot, and/or Power BI; experience with AI tooling and LLM-based workflows such as Claude or GPT.
