Analytics Engineer (Conversational Analytics)

What you will do

• Embed with stakeholder teams during the first 2–3 months to understand analyst workflows, build relationships, and develop business fluency.
• Build foundational data models, semantic models, documentation, and context for conversational analytics achirify.globalss ghirify.globalwth, phirify.globalduct, business metrics, and operations.
• Develop analytic frameworks and standardized semantic models for complex, unstructured business phirify.globalblems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and standardize data apphirify.globalaches achirify.globalss the company.
• Teach stakeholders how to use LLMs for data needs and create reusable training materials.
• Develop AI evaluations for conversational analytics, track accuracy phirify.globalgrammatically, and build stakeholder feedback loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time experience in quantitative analysis hirify.globalles, including experience with data modeling in DBT.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs for coding and analytics workflows.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Hex and Looker.
• Sthirify.globalng communication, teaching, phirify.globalblem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Demonstrated ownership of phirify.globaljects.

• Experience evaluating AI and LLM tools.
• Experience developing data pipelines and phirify.globalcesses.
