Remote Customer Service Representative - Hawaii-Based Only

Location: Remote, Hawaii; candidates must live in Hawaii. Multiple shifts are available Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time. The role supports a 24/7/365 contact center and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $18.25 per hour

What you will do

• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns related to transportation services.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Collect and document complaint details and customer information accurately.
• Enter trip data and maintain complete interaction records.
• Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.
• Attend required meetings, follow procedures, and support assigned projects in a 24/7/365 contact center.

Requirements

• Must live in Hawaii.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technology, follow complex instructions, and type at least 35 words per minute.
• Work-from-home requirements include internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, a wired connection to the modem, a private dedicated workspace, and 100% training attendance with camera use during the first 30 days.
