Color Setter (Injection Moulding)

Location: Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, Vietnam; onsite factory-based role with occasional weekend shift support.

What you will do

• Carry out color changes in the injection moulding area using established work instructions.
• Start production machines according to process sheets and maintain quality during start-up and first-piece runs.
• Deliver samples to Quality Control for approval and release.
• Clean the workplace during and after color changes.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance, and report damage to machines, equipment, and moulds.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Leader.

Requirements

• One to three years of related experience or training.
• Diploma-level education or above in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge and practical experience in injection moulding operations, injection parameters, and plastic experiments.
• Experience with injection moulding machines, mechanical work, setup, or maintenance.
• Experience operating an overhead bridge crane.
• Process-oriented thinking, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to support occasional weekend shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience with different sizes and types of moulding machines, resin, and masterbatch.
