Assembly Equipment Specialist (Semiconductors)

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on nonfunctioning manufacturing equipment.
• Install, adjust, and repair equipment according to blueprints and technical manuals.
• Execute setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to ensure tool performance.
• Analyze system data and create reports on failures to optimize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments and configuration changes.
• Support factory ramps by ensuring tools are installed and converted per design.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or similar.
• English: Pre-intermediate level or above.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (48 hours per week) and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
