What you will do
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting within specific modules to ensure operational stability.
- Follow standard operation processes (SOP) for safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Collect and evaluate operating data to perform on-line equipment adjustments and process optimization.
- Identify and resolve issues related to safety, quality, productivity, and equipment control.
- Propose and implement improvements regarding machine status, cost-efficiency, and quality.
- Support the engineering team with tool installation, upgrades, and harvesting activities.
Requirements
- Possess a high school degree or diploma in Mechanical, Systems, Electronics, or Electrical engineering.
- English: Middle-level proficiency required for communication and daily work.
- Willingness to work on 12-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice to have
- Relevant work experience as a manufacturing technician or maintenance staff.
