Facility Engineer (Aging Chamber)

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate Walk-in and Espec Aging Chambers according to routine schedules.
• Manage R&D service packages, including sample handling, prioritization of capacity, and documentation.
• Perform validation, revalidation, and verification of aging equipment in coordination with QM and GTC.
• Identify and solve electromechanical issues internally or coordinate with external vendors.
• Digitalize R&D service processes using Power BI and Power App systems.
• Coordinate R&D sample management, EHS topics, and 5S workshops for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a technical background.
• More than 3 years of experience in construction, HVAC design/manufacturing, or industrial facility maintenance.
• English: Intermediate (B2) level is required.
• Strong intercultural communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, Guidelines).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechatronics, or Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of German language.
