Facility Engineer (Aging Chamber)

Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and document routine activities for walk-in and Espec aging chambers.
• Manage aging service orders, samples, documentation, capacity prioritization, operating budgets, purchasing, and spare-parts inventory.
• Plan and implement chamber validation, revalidation, verification, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
• Standardize and digitalize R&D service processes using SOPs, guidelines, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Coordinate sample and test services with requestors, supply chain, warehouse, production, controlling, and other stakeholders.
• Manage R&D sample inventory and coordinate EHS and 5S activities for the R&D team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a technical background.
• More than 3 years of experience in construction, HVAC design or manufacturing, facility management, maintenance, or engineering in industrial environments.
• Intermediate English at B2 level is required.
• Strong communication, intercultural collaboration, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge relevant to electromechanical equipment, aging chambers, maintenance, and calibration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal engineering, mechatronics, or civil engineering.
• More than 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
• German language skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
