What you will do

• Follow standard operating procedures for safety, quality, and 5S.
• Collect and evaluate operating data to ensure process optimization.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Identify and resolve issues related to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Propose and implement improvements for machine status and cost efficiency.
• Support engineering teams with tool installation, upgrades, and harvesting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• English proficiency: Intermediate level for communication and work tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of discipline.
• Team-oriented mindset and responsibility for assigned tasks.
