What you will do
- Manage assigned territories in Southern Vietnam, supporting both new and existing customer operations.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical consultation on cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of industrial cleaning and warewashing machines.
- Coordinate project delivery schedules, installations, and final project acceptance.
- Prepare business and maintenance plans, including fleet records and spare parts inventory management.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure equipment operates efficiently at customer sites.
Requirements
- College or University degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to travel frequently across Southern Vietnam.
- Experience in industrial equipment sales and maintenance.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service and technical consulting skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends when required.
Nice to have
- Experience with cleaning machines, chemicals, or laundry equipment within the Horeca sector.
