HR Generalist (iGaming)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end HR support across onboarding, employee check-ins, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers to implement and strengthen performance management practices.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement, identify insights, and coordinate follow-up actions with business leaders.
• Collect and interpret HR data related to workforce strategy, performance trends, and team dynamics.
• Improve HR processes and practices to support employees and business needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour legislation and employment regulations.
• Experience preparing employment contracts, amendments, termination documents, and other employment records in compliance with local requirements.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, terminations, and employee documentation.
• Experience supporting multicultural teams and implementing performance evaluation methods and tools.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
