HR Partnering & Services Employee (Europe/Africa)

What you will do

• Coordinate and support HR projects across the Europe-Africa region.
• Prepare and maintain regional HR reports and analyses.
• Support the implementation and standardization of HR processes and policies.
• Contribute to the automation and digitalization of HR services and processes.
• Maintain organizational structures and employee data in HR systems.
• Develop HR documentation, guidelines, and training materials while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Services, or HRIS.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms.
• Familiarity with labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Fluent English required. Strong analytical, project coordination, and communication skills.
