What you will do
- Coordinate and support HR projects across the Europe-Africa region.
- Prepare and maintain regional HR reports and analyses.
- Support the implementation and standardization of HR processes and policies.
- Contribute to the automation and digitalization of HR services and processes.
- Maintain organizational structures and employee data in HR systems.
- Develop HR documentation, guidelines, and training materials while identifying process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Services, or HRIS.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms.
- Familiarity with labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Fluent English, along with strong analytical, project coordination, and communication skills.
