HR Manager

Location: Hybrid in Poznań, Poland

What you will do

• Conduct and coordinate performance reviews, employee surveys, and exit interviews.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and accurate employee data.
• Monitor recurring HR processes and ensure timely completion.
• Develop employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives.
• Support HR brand activities and internal events across Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, and Latvia.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
• Hands-on experience with performance reviews, employee surveys, exit interviews, and HR processes.
• Understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR practices.
• Experience working directly with employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• English at B2 level or higher; discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
• Experience supporting HR processes in Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, or Latvia.
