What you will do

• Manage monthly payroll preparation, statutory contributions, and benefits administration.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Handle expatriate management, including visa processing, work permits, and relocation support.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights for management.
• Develop and enhance onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to support employer branding efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Form E).
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience managing expatriate employment matters is a strong advantage.
