Engineer, LNG/LPG Compliance (LNG/LPG)

Location: MA-Hopkinton, 55 Wilson St; travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as necessary

Annual salary: $100,490–$111,660 USD, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and implement regulatory compliance programs for LNG/LPG facilities in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
• Coordinate compliance documentation, regulatory filings, and information requests from DPU, PURA, DEP, and other agencies.
• Perform internal compliance assurance activities and prepare facilities for federal and state audits.
• Review facility operations, policies, procedures, and work practices against federal, state, industry, and company requirements.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and risks, document findings, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, regulators, and other stakeholders to support safe and reliable operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of related experience; engineering design experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of LNG/LPG facility security, safety, training, maintenance, operations, and 49 CFR Parts 192 and 193.
• Ability to interpret changing regulations, write and maintain procedures, coordinate regulatory inspections, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional to significant travel by car between MA, CT, and NH.
