Developer, Gas Generation

Location: US, Louisville, CO

Salary: $105,000–$131,325 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead natural gas generation project development from site identification through construction support.
• Develop integrated Powered Land Solutions with commercial, data center, renewable generation, and engineering teams.
• Evaluate siting, fuel supply, interconnection, infrastructure, permitting, and environmental diligence requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, financial models, development risks, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, permitting agencies, landowners, utilities, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support commercial negotiations, financing due diligence, regulatory engagement, public meetings, and handoffs to Construction.

Requirements

• Experience developing natural gas generation or other large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project development, permitting, utility coordination, interconnection, pipeline infrastructure, and commercial contracting.
• Experience with fuel supply strategies, utilities, pipeline operators, or integrated energy infrastructure; familiarity with gas generation technologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as project and business needs require.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data centers, large-load customers, Powered Land projects, or similar infrastructure developments.
