QuickCode Clinical Success Manager (Radiation Oncology)

What you will do

• Demonstrate QuickCode automated billing QA software to prospective clinics in collaboration with sales.
• Evaluate clinical workflows and configure QuickCode to improve billing QA efficiency and standardization.
• Lead customer implementation, training, adoption, webinars, and ongoing customer check-ins.
• Troubleshoot configuration, documentation, coding, and software issues independently or with the programming team.
• Test new software versions and provide clinical feedback to support development and quality assurance.
• Develop clinic training materials and research updates to coding guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS.
• AMAC ROCC certification or equivalent.
• Strong critical thinking, presentation, communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, learn new technologies, and build relationships with clinical leaders.
• Positive, non-judgmental, and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Five years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding.
• Five years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS.
• Customer service experience.
