Director, Technical Success (Medical Imaging)

Location: Remote; requires up to 50% travel and occasional evening, weekend, and on-call availability.

Salary: $123,000–$192,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical applications across radiology practices.
• Drive radiologist and end-user adoption through onboarding, training, technical enablement, and workflow optimization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Success Managers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to translate practice feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Monitor application adoption, user satisfaction, deployment success, workflow efficiency, and operational outcomes.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues during deployments and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred; a master's degree is preferred.
• 10 years of experience in radiology informatics, clinical application management, or healthcare IT with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience deploying clinical applications, driving end-user adoption, and optimizing workflows in healthcare or radiology.
• Deep knowledge of medical imaging workflows, PACS, RIS, imaging informatics, and AI-assisted diagnostic technologies.
• Ability to engage technical and clinical stakeholders through strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data to improve adoption rates and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
