Integration Consultant (MedTech)

Location: Remote, based in Nashville, Tennessee, with up to 35% overnight travel across Tennessee, Kentucky, and portions of West Virginia

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary, plus $40,000 annual OTE paid quarterly.

hirify.global is a MedTech scale-up providing an AI-powered remote orthodontic monitoring platform certified as a medical device.

What you will do

• Onboard orthodontic practices and create custom workflows for each office.
• Train clinicians and dental teams to use the hirify.global platform and dashboard.
• Help existing customers maximize the value of the company’s AI technology and workflows.
• Build customer relationships that support continued product adoption and advocacy.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customers and the platform, including leading escalated implementation challenges.
• Attend local trade shows, support in-person implementations, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or an equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of consultative experience and experience in training and implementation.
• At least 2 years of successful experience at hirify.global or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of consultative selling and the ability to influence adoption of new protocols.
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, independence, and time-management skills.
• Native proficiency in the local language, good English, and expert Salesforce skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a scale-up environment with demonstrated versatility and initiative.
• Knowledge of Gmail, Google Workspace, Google Docs, CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products.
