Expert Product Manager (SaaS Platform)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for one or more foundational domains of the hirify.global 1Secure cloud-native platform.
• Consolidate duplicated connectors, data models, and UI components into shared and reusable platform services.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering leadership on multi-tenancy, scalability, connector frameworks, microservices, and API-first architecture.
• Define public Open APIs, SDKs, marketplace extensibility, and platform-level success metrics.
• Shape ingestion, normalization, and correlation-graph capabilities with Data and AI teams for AI-driven risk insights.
• Align product managers and engineering teams across Data Security, Identity Governance, and Threat Detection while mentoring other platform product managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, API, or shared-services strategy for a multi-product B2B SaaS company.
• Experience consolidating fragmented systems such as data models, connectors, or UI frameworks into unified platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platform architecture, including multi-tenancy, microservices, event-driven data pipelines, graph data models, and API-first design.
• Experience partnering with data engineering or data science teams on data platforms, correlation or graph models, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Ability to write technical requirements, influence engineering roadmaps without direct authority, and manage stakeholders across multiple product lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity or data security graph technologies, including attack-path or entitlement graphs.
• Background in DSPM, ITDR, DLP, or identity governance.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, ITSM, and IAM connector or integration frameworks.
• Experience transitioning from on-premises or point products to a unified SaaS platform.
