Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap management, prioritization, and delivery for strategic software solutions.
• Lead customer interviews, field research, usability testing, and market analysis to validate problems and identify opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into prioritized requirements that balance user value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Define and optimize success metrics for adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, UX, customer success, sales, and executive leadership through iterative Agile delivery.
• Present product strategies, roadmap recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software products.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, feature priorities, and product requirements.
• Demonstrated success taking software products from concept through MVP, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with customer discovery, qualitative and quantitative data, and product-market validation.
• Experience partnering with software engineering and UX teams using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in K–12 education, EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience with interoperability, data platforms, APIs, system integrations, or AI-enabled products.
• Advanced degree, product management certification, or experience launching new products and entering new markets.
