What you will do
- Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for strategic top-tier customers.
- Lead technical handoffs from Sales Engineering to ensure seamless implementation and operations.
- Assess customer deployments to identify risks regarding scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations for platform optimizations and architectural improvements.
- Oversee technical support intake, issue management, and critical incident resolution.
- Triage product issues and contribute lightweight fixes or pull requests to improve platform outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe or the UK with existing right to work (visa sponsorship available for Germany only).
- Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, and platform operations.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and self-hosted production environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations and workflow automation platforms like , Zapier, or Make.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting self-hosted and SaaS enterprise customers in regulated environments.
- Background working with open-source or developer-first technical products.
- Previous exposure to scaling Customer Success or TAM motions in high-growth SaaS companies.
