What you will do

• Build and launch the next generation of hirify.global's data collection tooling product suite.
• Lead client-facing engineers delivering strategic integrations and rapid custom development for major AI accounts.
• Own product strategy, success metrics, roadmap, delivery, and iteration from end to end.
• Track frontier AI research and keep products aligned with evolving customer needs.
• Simplify complex problems and communicate product strategy to executives and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, Engineering, Science, Research, Sales, and Account Services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building AI-native products and user experiences.
• Experience scaling access across multiple interaction surfaces, including UI, APIs, CLIs, and MCPs.
• Direct experience managing engineers, ideally in a client-facing or solutions-engineering environment.
• Ability to turn bespoke client needs into scalable integrations rather than one-off solutions.
• Fluency in Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, JTBD, vertical slicing, and test-learn-iterate practices.
• Strong commercial judgment, data-informed decision-making, communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience building for or with frontier AI labs or major technology companies.
• A track record of contributing to the Product community.
