Product Manager — Core Platform (Customer Portal & Data Delivery) (AI)

What you will do

• Run customer, field-team, and deployment-engineering discovery and convert findings into prioritized problem lists.
• Own the roadmap and scope for the Customer Portal and Data Delivery areas, including clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner daily with HRI and Platform & Data Delivery engineering teams on technical solutions.
• Manage product intake and prioritize requests based on customer and operational needs.
• Maintain platform coherence across four vertical product lines and consolidate shared capabilities.
• Use platform analytics, SLA metrics, and field feedback to improve adoption and reliability while supporting company planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience as a TPM, engineer, or designer who has shipped products.
• At least one web or SaaS product shipped end to end.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, reliability metrics, and technical design reviews.
• Strong customer discovery, prioritization, ownership, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site or in the stated hybrid arrangement in Irvine, California.
• Low-ego, curious approach to collaboration and problem solving.

Nice to have

• Exposure to robotics, IoT, autonomy, computer vision, or hardware.
• Experience with B2B customer portals, dashboards, or data-delivery products.
• Familiarity with SLAs, observability, or reliability engineering concepts.
