Principal Product Manager, Innovation (Remote)

What you will do

• Identify opportunities, frame complex customer problems, and investigate promising ideas.
• Develop an innovation playbook with feedback loops, evaluation criteria, decision gates, and innovation tournament events.
• Validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation, prototyping, and no-code or low-code techniques.
• Align business, engineering, design, data science, and executive stakeholders around product opportunities.
• Translate validated opportunities into actionable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
• Evaluate results using data and feedback, then iterate product strategies for scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes.
• Proven success defining and launching innovative, high-impact products.
• Experience with design thinking, lean startup, lean experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, business problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience with agile environments and customer-facing digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
