Senior Program Manager (AI Governance)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles.

Annual base pay: $88,875–$133,313 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The role may also include discretionary bonuses, equity, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the operationalization and execution of strategic R&D programs and projects.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives from strategic oversight through detailed project execution.
• Develop metrics, measurement frameworks, KPI reporting, and recommendations for improvement.
• Align R&D teams and stakeholders on scope, timelines, quality requirements, and business outcomes.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across the project portfolio.
• Mentor project teams and support professional development through servant leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive leadership.
• Experience with organizational change management and strategic initiative delivery.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio and project management practices, communication, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Nice to have

• Program management experience delivering SaaS solutions through the software development lifecycle.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes.
