Project Manager - Strategy & Transformation (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects across the enterprise.
• Translate strategic initiatives into project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and governance-ready deliverables.
• Manage multiple initiatives, including risks, issues, dependencies, RAID logs, status reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Lead process design, mapping, optimization, and end-to-end operational impact analysis.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses to measure realized business value.
• Drive stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, operating models, and technology-enabled improvements with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Finance, Customer Support, AR, Cash Management, Compliance, and Credit & Risk.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, business process improvement, or operations.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management and process improvement frameworks, including Microsoft Project, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Advanced data analysis, executive communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and change management skills.
