Sr. Director, Technology Program Management (AI)

Targeted base pay range: $150,500–$236,500 annually

What you will do

• Own the Global PMO technology program portfolio, including governance, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and investment tracking.
• Provide strategic oversight for the Product and Engineering Transformation program and support AI-native, service-oriented delivery at scale.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for program decisions, cross-program conflicts, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Technology Operations, HR, Legal, Security, Finance, and executive sponsors.
• Lead planning cycles, portfolio dashboards, budgets, headcount plans, vendor relationships, and executive reporting.
• Hire, develop, and retain program managers while establishing career paths, competency frameworks, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Extensive progressive experience in program and portfolio management across product and engineering organizations.
• Senior leadership experience overseeing technology programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing and scaling AI-native or Agentic delivery frameworks and tooling.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational and technology transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication, influence, stakeholder management, and business-impact translation skills.
• Experience building PMO or program management teams and familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile at scale.
