Senior Technology Specialist

Location: Remote; fully remote work with biannual off-sites.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary per year plus bonus, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations, and troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
• Manage the order-to-cash process across direct-to-consumer and retail integrations, including SKU mappings.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, upgrades, and vendor activities.
• Build QA checks for data and system integrity, and manage day-to-day cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools, while documenting configurations, processes, troubleshooting, and training materials.
• Lead technology improvement projects from requirements gathering through build, testing, training, and post-launch support; manage technology onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in technology support or similar work at a fast-growing company.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently.
• Experience redesigning a workflow or process and demonstrating the resulting impact.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, document work, and build processes where none exist.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and help others adopt them.
