Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead multiple production and development programs valued at approximately $10–$50 million from contract award through final end-item delivery.
• Develop program plans and direct execution across engineering, contracts, quality, planning, procurement, fabrication, and assembly and test.
• Oversee engineering design, qualification, and production lifecycle activities while confirming that technical and contractual requirements are met.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, milestones, costs, and technical risks.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and prepare status reports and presentations for customer and internal program reviews.
• Identify performance issues and take timely action to recover cost and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and communicating budgets, plans, schedules, and critical milestones for multiple programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• The position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
• Experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
