Senior UX Researcher, Interaction

What you will do

• Shape the research roadmap for the Interaction product team and inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Plan and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research using strategic, iterative, and evaluative methods.
• Generate clear, actionable insights that influence product decisions and key product outcomes.
• Partner independently with researchers, product, design, and data science to identify research needs and opportunities.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, rigor, empathy, honest feedback, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX research experience in consumer-facing product research.
• Experience leading end-to-end research that influences product development and product metrics.
• Mixed-methods research experience with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present clear, compelling, insights-backed recommendations.
• Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to collaborate with and mentor other researchers.

Nice to have

• Messaging or social media domain experience.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including generative AI, and their application to UX research.
