What you will do

• Lead, design, and execute complex multi-phase user research studies to drive business value.
• Merge qualitative and quantitative data using mixed methodologies.
• Present research insights to senior stakeholders and executive leadership to influence product decisions.
• Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate insights into strategic roadmaps.
• Create and evolve user personas and journey maps based on robust data.
• Champion the adoption of AI and Agentic technologies across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• 5+ years of experience in User Research for digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Behavioral Sciences, Design, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of AI and agentic workflows and their application in product development.
• Advanced skills in research planning, data analysis, and executive-level report writing.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of Tax & Accounting customer workflows.
• Familiarity with platforms like UserZoom, Great Question, or Pendo.
